Whirling Dervishes

This is an opportunity to see a "semah", a whirling dervish ceremony either in the historical train station of Sirkeci, where the Orient Express arrived in the 19th century or in a restored 16th century hammam . You'll enjoy a soft drink and some Turkish delight before the show.  You`ll be spellbound by the mystical music and will have a glimpse of one of the expressions of soufism.

Mevlana addressed everyone, regardless of race, religion, sex or nationality. For him, the difference between religions was only their form of worship but in the end all worship arrives at the same goal.

Every day except Thursday at 18:30 or 19:30, one hour show.
